A Pre-Adoption Consultation is a unique service I offer to help soon-to-be dog owners plan intentionally for their new family addition.
As part of my coaching-based approach, I guide you through this exciting season by helping you lay the groundwork for a smooth transition, a strong relationship, and long-term success. This service is especially helpful for first-time dog owners and can help prevent future behavioral challenges by setting up the right foundation early on.

These consultations take place over a video call. Together, we’ll develop a customized plan for integrating your new dog into your home, including an initial training and management strategy tailored to your household and goals.
You’ll also receive a 1-hour virtual follow-up lesson (typically 3 weeks post-adoption) to support continued progress.

If you haven’t selected your dog yet, or are still exploring whether dog ownership is right for you, this is a great opportunity to gain clarity. I’ll walk you through breed-specific insights and help you identify a good match for your lifestyle and priorities.
